Turrino Advertising is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Videographer/photographer. This is an entry-to-mid-level role designed for a visual storyteller who is eager to grow within an agency environment. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality content, managing on-site logistics, and ensuring our post-production team receives perfectly organized, meta-tagged raw files.

Key Responsibilities * Content Creation: Assist in and lead smaller-scale video and photo shoots, ensuring all visual assets align with the project's creative direction.
- On-Site Coordination: Support the Department Head in coordinating with clients during shoots. You must be able to communicate clearly and professionally to ensure all client needs are met.
- Equipment Stewardship: * Responsible for the charging, packing, and maintenance of all camera gear and accessories.
- Ensuring the setup is complete and functional before leaving for any shoot.
- The "Editor’s Ally" (Post-Shoot Workflow): * Offload and back up all raw data immediately after shoots.
- Filter and Meta-tag raw footage/images so the senior editors can begin work without searching for clips.
- Logistics: Drive the company-provided vehicle to various shoot locations safely and punctually.
Requirements & Qualifications * Valid Driving License (Preferred): Must be a confident driver; a company car will be provided for all work-related travel.
- Foundational Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of camera settings (ISO, Shutter, Aperture), basic lighting setups, and audio equipment.
- Communication Skills: Ability to follow instructions from the Department Head while maintaining a professional presence in front of clients.
- Organization & Meta-Tagging: High attention to detail regarding file naming and metadata. You should be comfortable with digital asset management.
- Portfolio/Showreel: Must provide examples of both video and photo work.
