Junior Warehouse Operations Assistant

Job Description:

The Kandle Co is hiring a Junior Warehouse Operations Assistant to support daily warehouse activities, including inventory handling, e-commerce order fulfillment, dispatch coordination, and reporting. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with inbound and outbound warehouse operations (receiving stock, GRNs, storage, packaging, dispatch documentation)
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare e-commerce orders accurately
• Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and courier handovers
• Report stock discrepancies, damages, and shortages
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and proper inventory arrangement

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Prior experience in warehouse or operations preferred
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle physical tasks and work under pressure

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
