Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, basic understanding of front-end technologies, and a passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing websites.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Create and improve visually appealing, responsive website designs
• Develop design concepts, wireframes, user flows, and sample pages
• Ensure designs align with client branding and content standards
• Work with CMS platforms and integrate required features and data feeds
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and scalability
• Test websites and ensure smooth functionality across all devices and browsers
• Collaborate with developers, marketing, and research teams
• Provide support during website build, launch, and post-launch

Job Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools
• Good knowledge of CMS platforms, SEO basics, and UI/UX principles
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and web standards
• Creative, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies
• Excellent communication and visual design skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
