<Responsibilities>

• Collaborate with senior designers and developers to craft visually appealing and functional website layouts using wireframing and layout design tools.
• Assist in designing engaging graphics, logos, motion graphics, and visual elements using Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Support the implementation of responsive web design principles to ensure seamless experiences across devices using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and other front-end technologies.
• Contribute to usability testing and user research activities to optimize web accessibility and enhance overall user experience (UX).
• Maintain and update existing websites built on content management systems like WordPress, Drupal, or SharePoint; perform website maintenance tasks regularly.
• Help analyze web analytics data from tools like Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics to inform design improvements and optimize digital marketing efforts.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new projects, providing creative input on interaction design, typography, information architecture, and visual design elements.

<Skills>

• Strong foundation in digital design principles with proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
• Knowledge of web development languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, Less (style sheet language), SCSS, and experience with frameworks like Bootstrap or Angular.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Balsamiq or Axure to visualize user flows and interface layouts.
• Understanding of usability standards and web accessibility guidelines to create inclusive digital experiences.
• Basic knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics for data analysis skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment using version control systems like Git; comfortable working on front-end development projects involving React or Redux is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly while incorporating user research insights into your work.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning about emerging trends in UI/UX design, motion graphics, SEO strategies, and digital marketing techniques.
