Junior Web Developer

Key Responsibilities: Website Management & Design

• Design, develop, and maintain the company’s website and landing pages.
• Regularly update website content (offers, banners, promotions, company information).
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and user-friendly interface.
• Work with the team to improve website SEO and Google ranking.
• Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with hosting providers if needed.

Social Media Management

• Create, manage, and grow the company’s presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Plan monthly content calendar and schedule posts as per marketing campaigns.
• Design engaging graphics, promotional posts, reels, short videos, and stories.
• Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers professionally.
• Monitor analytics and insights to improve engagement and reach.

Branding & Creative Design

• Design marketing materials: brochures, flyers, banners, email templates, presentations.
• Ensure brand consistency across digital and printed materials.
• Support marketing campaigns and events with creative input.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, IT, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as Web Designer and Social Media Executive.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva.
• Knowledge of WordPress / HTML / CSS is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of SEO, Digital Marketing & Social Media Trends.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
