ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated Junior Web Developer / IT Systems professional to join our team in Phoenix. This is a hands-on, on-site role that blends web development with internal IT support. You will work closely with our systems team to maintain and improve web properties, support business applications, and keep our tech-savvy sales operation running smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain web pages and internal tools using HTML, CSS, C#, and JavaScript
• Write and maintain SQL queries and reports to support business operations
• Maintain and update data in Microsoft Excel
• Provide internal IT support to staff — hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting
• Support and maintain internal business applications including Salesforce and NopCommerce
• Document processes, issues, and resolutions clearly and accessibly
• Assist in identifying system performance issues and recommending improvements

REQUIRED SKILLS

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–4 years of experience in web development or IT, OR an Associate's / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
• Must be local to the Phoenix / Scottsdale area — this is a fully on-site role

WHAT WE OFFER

• $65,000 – $75,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience
