About Us:
Skylight Codeworks is seeking a Junior WordPress Developer to join our growing development team. If you have a passion for building responsive, user-friendly websites and want to enhance your skills in a professional tech environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
• Work with themes (Elementor, Divi, custom themes) and plugins.
• Optimize website performance, speed, and responsiveness.
• Assist in creating landing pages, blog setups, and eCommerce features.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and fix bugs.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver seamless UI/UX.
• Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and SEO-optimized.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of WordPress (Themes, Plugins, Widgets, Gutenberg/Elementor).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP (basic level).
• Knowledge of website speed optimization.
• Ability to work with Figma/Adobe XD designs.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Candidates must have developed at least 15–20 WordPress websites and are required to share a complete portfolio showcasing their work.

Nice to Have :

• Experience with WooCommerce.
• Basic understanding of cPanel/hosting management.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
