Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Junior WordPress Developer (Fresher) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of WordPress, a keen eye for design, and a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and design responsive websites using WordPress.
• Customize themes and plugins based on project requirements.
• Ensure website performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to implement user-friendly features.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform regular website maintenance and updates.
• Convert PSD, Figma, or HTML designs into functional WordPress themes.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO.
• Stay updated with the latest web development trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (pursuing or completed).
• Basic knowledge of WordPress CMS, themes, and plugins.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
