Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Zoho Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing business solutions using the Zoho One suite. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Deluge scripting and proven experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Books, and Zoho Creator to create efficient, automated, and scalable business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

● Zoho CRM Development:

○ Customize modules, fields, layouts, workflows, blueprints, and automation rules.

○ Implement and optimize CRM processes, integrations, and API-based solutions.

● Zoho Creator Applications:

○ Build and maintain custom applications using Zoho Creator.

○ Design forms, reports, and workflows with Deluge scripting for process automation.

● Zoho Analytics Reporting:

○ Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and KPIs for management and operational needs.

○ Write SQL queries and perform data analysis for business insights.

● Zoho Books Integration:

○ Automate invoicing, billing, and accounting workflows.

○ Integrate Zoho Books with CRM and other systems for seamless data flow.

● Deluge Scripting:

○ Write efficient, reusable, and scalable scripts to customize and automate business processes.

● Integrations & APIs:

○ Connect Zoho applications with third-party platforms using APIs, webhooks, and middleware tools.

● Support & Troubleshooting:

○ Resolve technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure smooth functioning of Zoho solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Zoho Developer.

● Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting.

● Proven experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Books, and Zoho Creator.

● Solid understanding of database concepts, data integration, and API usage.

● Experience with custom functions, webhooks, and workflow automation.

● Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

● Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills

● Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for UI customization.

● Experience with Zoho SalesIQ, Zoho Workdrive, and Zoho Sign and other Zoho applications.

● Familiarity with ERP or business process automation.
