Junk Removal/Demolition Laborer

C&M Carting Solutions is a fast-growing, locally owned waste management company serving Northwestern Connecticut. We are currently hiring for a full-time Junk Removal / Demolition Laborer position based out of Cornwall, CT.

This is hands-on, physical outdoor work with opportunity to grow within a company that is expanding quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Junk removal and cleanouts
• Interior and exterior demolition
• Loading debris and materials
• Assisting drivers and equipment operators
• Maintaining clean and professional jobsites
• Providing excellent customer service

• Ability to perform physical labor daily
• Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
• Construction, demo, moving, landscaping, or labor experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
