Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Jutro Lead / Jutro Platform Lead to drive the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of digital solutions built on the Jutro platform. This role combines technical leadership, solution architecture, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on delivering scalable, user-centric digital products for insurance and financial services clients.
The ideal candidate will act as both a hands-on platform expert and a team lead, ensuring best practices in low-code development, high-quality delivery, and successful client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Platform & Solution Leadership
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of digital solutions using the Jutro platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
- Define solution blueprints, technical approaches, and reusable assets within the Jutro ecosystem.
- Ensure platform scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
Team Leadership & Delivery Management
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Jutro developers and configuration teams.
- Review designs, configurations, and code to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
- Manage task allocation, timelines, and delivery milestones to ensure on-time execution.
End-to-End Solution Delivery
- Own the complete implementation lifecycle, including:
- Requirements analysis and solution design
- Jutro configuration and UI development
- Integration with backend systems and external services
- Testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Ensure smooth integration with Guidewire, core policy systems, and third-party tools where applicable.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, product owners, UI/UX teams, and client stakeholders.
- Translate functional and business requirements into robust, efficient Jutro solutions.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients during project delivery.
Technical Governance & Quality Assurance
- Establish and enforce coding standards, security best practices, and design guidelines.
- Ensure high-quality, reusable, and well-documented components.
- Support testing strategies, defect resolution, and production readiness.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Stay current with Jutro platform releases, new features, and roadmap updates.
- Recommend and implement process improvements, accelerators, and best practices.
- Contribute to platform capability building, internal knowledge sharing, and innovation initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise application development.
- 2+ years of experience leading teams or solutions on low-code/no-code platforms (Jutro preferred).
- Strong hands-on expertise with the Jutro platform, including:
- Configuration and UI development
- Integrations and API consumption
- Deployment and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of modern web technologies:
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to guide distributed or onshore/offshore teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
- Experience in insurance or financial services digital transformation projects is highly desirable.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Jutro certification (if available) or a strong portfolio of successful Jutro implementations.
- Experience with Guidewire configuration or integrations.
- Exposure to other low-code/no-code platforms such as Mendix, OutSystems, or Salesforce.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing tools.
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
