Now Hiring: Full-Time Attorneys – Juvenile Dependency (San Bernardino County)

We are seeking passionate and dedicated full-time attorneys to primarily represent parents, and occasionally children, in Juvenile Dependency proceedings before the San Bernardino Superior Court, Juvenile Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in juvenile court, possibility for daily court appearances
  • Prepare and argue motions, writs, and other court filings
  • Independently manage client caseloads and maintain files in compliance with office protocols
  • Litigate cases, prepare witnesses, and apply relevant statutes, case law, and court rules
  • Collaborate and maintain professional relationships with judges, courtroom staff, social workers, attorneys, and service providers
  • Negotiate case outcomes with opposing counsel

Qualifications:

  • Active and valid California State Bar license (required)
  • Certification to accept Juvenile Dependency appointments (minimum 8 hours of training in Juvenile Dependency Law - training provided)
  • Experience in Juvenile Dependency is preferred, but not required – training opportunities available

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary range: starting at $110,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
