Academy of Leaders is a growing virtual academic institution providing personalized K-12 tutoring programs across the United States. We help students achieve measurable academic progress through structured learning plans, consistent support, and strong tutor-student relationships.

We are seeking reliable, professional, and engaging online tutors who are passionate about helping students grow academically and personally.

This is not a random homework-help platform. Tutors at Academy of Leaders work with recurring students, follow structured academic support systems, and become part of a supportive educational team focused on long-term student success.

Position Details

• Remote position
• Part-time contract role
• Recurring weekly student schedules
• Flexible scheduling within peak tutoring hours
• Pay range: $16–$20 per hour, based on experience, subject support, availability, and reliability

Preferred Availability

Tutors with availability during the following peak hours are strongly preferred:

• Monday–Thursday
• 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST

• Reliable and professional

• Comfortable teaching online with camera on

• Comfortable building long-term relationships with students and families

Requirements

• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
• Computer/laptop with camera and microphone
• Ability to teach online using Zoom
• Strong communication skills
• Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week preferred
• Prior tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or educational experience preferred
