K-12 Educational Consultant

Help shape the future of teaching and learning. We’re looking for experienced education professionals who are passionate about supporting teachers and school leaders through engaging, research-based professional learning experiences.

As a K-12 Education Consultant, you’ll guide educators in applying proven instructional and classroom management strategies that lead to stronger student outcomes. Consultants design and deliver interactive professional learning sessions that meet the specific needs of schools and districts. Each engagement is unique and may include short-term projects or ongoing professional learning partnerships throughout the year.

Ideal candidates have backgrounds as teachers, principals, instructional coaches, consultants, professors, or educational leaders. You bring strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to inspire confidence and collaboration among adult learners.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity offering flexible, project-based work. Contractors manage their own schedules, select assignments that align with their expertise, and provide their own workspace and equipment. There are no guaranteed hours, and project details vary depending on the needs of each client.

Comprehensive orientation and support materials are provided to ensure consultants can deliver consistent, high-quality professional learning. Each project provides a meaningful opportunity to make a difference for educators and students across the country.
