About the Role
We are seeking passionate and engaging educators to work with K–2 students in a virtual homeschool setting. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, patience, and a student-centered approach to help learners build strong foundational skills in reading and math.

Reading Focus Areas

• Phonics and phonemic awareness
• Reading fluency and comprehension
• Vocabulary development

Math Focus Areas

• Addition and subtraction concepts
• Word problems and problem-solving strategies
• Building confidence in number sense

Requirements

• Ability to demonstrate engaging, interactive lessons virtually
• Access to a computer and reliable Wi-Fi or hotspot
• Teaching experience preferred (not required)
• Must enjoy working with young children and helping them thrive academically

Details

• Lessons range from 30 minutes to 1 hour
• Pay starts at $30/hour, depending on session length and frequency
• Weekly hours not guaranteed (flexible scheduling)
• Sign-on bonus available if you bring your own clients
