Description: Scarborough Schools are seeking a teacher for Gifted and Talented programming and resources at our grades 3-5 school, Wentworth School. This position also provides informal consultation for our K-2 schools. The ideal candidate is student-centered, flexible, professional, has outstanding credentials and thrives while working in a collaborative, technology-rich environment. Comfort and experience providing direct instruction for identified students in grade 5 math/reading, co-teaching, consulting, and offering enrichment opportunities are critical to success in this position.

Qualifications: Maine Department of Education Teacher Certification (690) CHRC

Maine State Law requires ALL school employees to be fingerprinted and pass a Criminal History Record Check (CHRC). A copy of your CHRC MUST be uploaded as part of your application to be considered.
