Join our growing team and become part of an authentic Pakistani restaurant specializing in traditional BBQ, Karahi, Handi, Breakfast, and Tandoor cuisine.

OPEN POSITIONS

  • BBQ CHEF (Pakistani Sikdi & Grill Specialist)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook Pakistani BBQ items including Chicken Tikka, Seekh Kebab, Malai Boti, Afghani Boti, and other charcoal-grilled specialties.
  • Manage charcoal/sikdi grilling operations and temperature control.
  • Marinate meats and ensure consistent taste and quality.
  • Maintain food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Pakistani BBQ and charcoal grilling.
  • Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • KARAHI & HANDI CHEF

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare authentic Pakistani Karahi and Handi dishes.
  • Ensure consistency in recipes, taste, and presentation.
  • Manage mise en place and kitchen preparation.
  • Monitor food quality and portion control.
  • Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Pakistani cuisine.
  • Knowledge of traditional spices and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple orders efficiently.
  • PAKISTANI BREAKFAST CHEF

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare traditional Pakistani breakfast items such as Halwa Puri, Chana, Nihari, Paya, Paratha, Omelets, and Tea.
  • Ensure timely preparation for breakfast service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
  • Manage ingredient preparation and stock control.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Pakistani breakfast cooking.
  • Ability to handle high-volume breakfast service.
  • Knowledge of traditional Pakistani recipes.
  • PAKISTANI BREAD & ROTI COOK (TANDOOR SPECIALIST)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake Roti, Naan, Garlic Naan, Roghni Naan, Kulcha, and other traditional breads.
  • Operate and maintain the tandoor safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of breads.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the tandoor section.
  • Support kitchen operations as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience operating a tandoor oven.
  • Knowledge of dough preparation and bread-making techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
