Job Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:Design and develop a curriculum that aligns with educational standards and goals.
Create lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments to facilitate effective teaching and learning.

Classroom Instruction:Conduct engaging and interactive Kannada language classes.
Employ various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Language Proficiency:Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the Kannada language.
Effectively teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing skills.

Cultural Integration:Integrate cultural aspects of Karnataka and Kannada-speaking regions into the curriculum to provide a holistic learning experience.

Assessment and Feedback:Evaluate student progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
Identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to support student development.

Communication:Maintain open communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
Participate in parent-teacher conferences and meetings to discuss student performance and progress.

Professional Development:Stay updated on language teaching methodologies, educational trends, and advancements in language learning technology.
Attend workshops, training sessions, and conferences to enhance teaching skills.

Classroom Management:Implement effective classroom management techniques to create a positive and disciplined learning environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,089.02 - ₹20,292.70 per month
