What You’ll Do:

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects (20M+), ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Lead on-site teams, including subcontractors, to maintain efficient workflows.
• Uphold safety standards and compliance with industry regulations.
• Address challenges proactively to keep projects on track and within budget.

What You Bring:

• Extensive experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a focus on commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.
• Leadership and communication skills to manage teams and solve problems effectively.
• Familiarity with tools like Procore and Microsoft Office (OSHA certifications are a plus).
