Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, eyelash/brow lifts & tints, and body waxing with precision and care
• Administer esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively in compliance with state regulations
• Conduct product demonstrations and recommend skincare products tailored to individual needs
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
• Deliver outstanding customer service by listening attentively, addressing questions, and creating personalized treatment plans
• Assist with retail sales by educating clients on product benefits and promoting brand loyalty through excellent service

Requirements

• Valid Kansas Esthetician license in good standing
• Experience with esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care preferred
• Strong communication skills to clearly explain procedures and skincare advice to clients
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace
• Ability to perform deep tissue massage techniques is a plus but not required
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Willingness to participate in product demos and promote retail sales effectively

Pay: $500.00 - $700.00 per week
