Karaoke Server - Conversational Korean Needed

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused team member to help create a fun and welcoming karaoke experience for our guests. This role involves assisting customers in private karaoke rooms, supporting bar karaoke operations, providing excellent customer service, and helping maintain a clean and organized venue.

Responsibilities

• Must speak Korean***.
• Check guests into private karaoke rooms and assist with room setup.
• Help customers operate karaoke equipment, song selection systems, microphones, and audio controls.
• Monitor private rooms and common areas to ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with venue rules.
• Support open bar karaoke events by managing singer queues and assisting the karaoke host (KJ).
• Deliver food, beverages, and other guest requests to karaoke rooms as needed.
• Process room reservations, payments, tabs, and customer transactions.
• Clean and sanitize private rooms, karaoke equipment, tables, and common areas between guests.
• Restock supplies, beverages, and venue inventory.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
• Collaborate with bartenders, servers, security staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced nightlife environment.
• Ability to learn karaoke and audio equipment operation.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items throughout a shift.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in hospitality, entertainment, food service, or nightlife is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in a loud, high-energy environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
