Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kavatender to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and customer service, with the ability to supervise kitchen operations and provide exceptional service to our guests. As a Kavatender, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable experience while managing the bar and kitchen areas effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the bar and kitchen, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or requests.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, while adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining budgetary constraints.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service during events or banquets.
• Train and mentor new staff members in bartending techniques, customer service skills, and kitchen management practices.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong supervisory skills with experience in kitchen management is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and budgeting practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for helping others and creating memorable experiences for guests.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
