Ken Fix It

• Respond promptly to guest room maintenance requests via the KenFixIt system or work order software.
• Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
• Repair leaking faucets, clogged drains, broken fixtures, loose furniture, AC filter cleaning, lighting replacements, etc.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential maintenance issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance workshop and tools.
• Assist in carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance programs.
• Communicate status of work orders and updates to the Engineering Supervisor or shift leader.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are documented properly.
• Follow hotel safety protocols and engineering standards.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.
