Kennel Technician/Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care and attention to animals in the kennel facility
- Feed, water, and exercise animals according to their specific needs
- Clean and sanitize kennels, cages, and other animal enclosures
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by instructions
- Monitor the health and behavior of animals and report any concerns to manager
- Assist with grooming tasks such as bathing, brushing, and nail trimming
- Maintain accurate records of animal care and treatment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in pet care or animal handling is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic veterinary terminology is a plus
- Ability to handle animals with patience, compassion, and confidence
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina for performing tasks such as heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, pets, and fellow team members

Note: This position requires occasional weekend or holiday work.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
