Position Title: Kentucky Education Coordinator

Location: Must reside in Kentucky(Hybrid Position)

Must be an US citizen.

Travel Requirements: Travel required within the state of Kentucky(30% Travel Required)

About the H.U.G. Reading Program: The Help Us Grow (H.U.G.) The Reading Program is dedicated to enhancing literacy skills among children. We provide personalized tutoring, engaging reading activities, and support to help students grow into confident readers. Our mission is to foster a love for reading and lifelong learning in every child we serve.

Position Overview: We seek a dynamic and experienced Kentucky Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Director in overseeing the daily operations of the H.U.G. Reading Program, coordinating activities, and ensuring the program's success. This hybrid position requires a blend of remote work (70%) and In-person (30%).

Key Responsibilities:

• Kentucky Coordinator works on managing the Kentucky schools of the H.U.G. Reading Program.
• Coordinate and oversee online tutoring sessions and in-person as needed.
• Develop and implement program initiatives to enhance literacy outcomes.
• Monitor program performance and provide regular reports to the Director.
• Collaborate with tutors, volunteers, and staff to ensure effective program delivery.
• Conduct training and professional development for program staff.
• Engage with community partners, schools, and stakeholders to promote the H.U.G. reading program.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and reporting.
• May need to visit program sites, attend meetings, and participate in events.

• Proficiency in using technology for virtual meetings, online tutoring platforms, and administrative tasks.
