Kerala PSC Faculty - Teacher

We are hiring teachers for degree-level Kerala PSC courses. The role involves preparing students for various PSC exams through structured classes, concept-based teaching, and exam-oriented guidance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct recorded video sessions for degree-level Kerala PSC topics
• Handle live interactive classes and doubt-clearing sessions
• Prepare study materials, notes, and practice questions
• Support the creative team with academic inputs for content production
• Assist in preparing practice questions, mock exams and revision modules
• Review and update study materials based on latest syllabus and trends
• Participate in academic discussions and contribute to content improvement
• Provide doubt clearing support to students when assigned

Requirements

• Strong subject knowledge in the relevant PSC domain (Malayalam, English, Maths, GK, Reasoning or any PSC subject)
• Clear delivery and communication style
• Ability to teach in a simple, exam focused manner
• Prior teaching or training experience is preferred, not mandatory
• Familiarity with PSC syllabus and question patterns
• Comfort with camera facing sessions and online teaching tools is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or postgraduate degree in the relevant subject
• Kerala PSC preparation background or strong scoring history
• Experience in coaching or content creation for competitive exams
