As Yorglass, we are looking for a teammate/friends to work as a Key Account Supervisor in the Ataşehir located in General Center.
What are the Required Qualifications?
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
-
6–10 years
of experience in
B2B sales
within industrial or manufacturing environments, including
Key Account Management
experience
-
Prior experience in
guiding, coaching, or supervising
team members (formal or informal)
-
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
-
Fluency in
written and spoken English
(minimum
B2 level
)
-
Advanced proficiency in
MS Office applications
-
Strong
analytical, systematic, and solution-oriented thinking
skills
-
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to
balance hands-on execution and supervision

Willingness to travel as required
-
No military service obligation for male candidates

Residing in
Istanbul
or willing to relocate

Valid
driver’s license
What awaits you in this role?

Manage assigned
key customer portfolios
to achieve defined
sales targets
and ensure compliance with approved commercial conditions

Execute
one-to-one customer visits
to understand customer operations, expectations, and market dynamics; transfer field insights into actionable internal inputs

Implement
account-specific sales and customer strategies
aligned with company objectives
-
Monitor customer performance and market developments; prepare
monthly sales analyses
based on product mix, pricing, and turnover
-
Coordinate and manage the
end-to-end RFQ process
, working closely with technical, production, planning, and finance teams
-
Track and evaluate
competitive activities
including pricing strategies, product positioning, and market movements
-
Lead and ensure effective usage of
SAP SD processes
related to key account operations
-
Provide
day-to-day guidance, coaching, and performance support
to Key Account Specialists reporting directly
-
Act as a
bridge between the Sales Manager and Key Account Specialists
, ensuring alignment, execution quality, and timely reporting
