TruKKer is hiring a
Key Account Executive
in
Jeddah
to own and grow strategic enterprise relationships across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a frontline commercial role focused on
retaining, deepening, and expanding
TruKKer's existing book of high-value B2B accounts across
FTL, and cross-border GCC corridors
.
You will be the day-to-day face of TruKKer for assigned key accounts — building strong, trust-based relationships with shippers, ensuring service excellence, identifying growth opportunities, and driving incremental revenue from your portfolio. The role suits a commercially sharp, customer-obsessed professional with strong logistics acumen, sharp execution skills, and the hunger to convert relationships into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of assigned enterprise key accounts
across KSA — full lifecycle ownership from onboarding to renewal.

Drive revenue and gross margin growth
from existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and lane expansion.

Build account-specific growth plans
with clear monthly and quarterly revenue targets, and execute against them.

Be the single point of contact
for assigned clients — building deep, multi-level relationships with Supply Chain Heads, Logistics Managers, and Procurement teams.

Conduct regular client review meetings
(weekly / monthly / quarterly) covering performance, service improvements, and growth opportunities.

Handle daily commercial activities
— quotations, rate negotiations, contract renewals, RFQ responses, and tender submissions.

Negotiate commercial terms
that balance revenue growth with margin discipline, in coordination with the central pricing team.

Coordinate closely with Operations, Network Planning, and Customer Service
to ensure flawless execution on every load.

Resolve operational and service issues quickly
— delays, claims, documentation gaps, payment disputes — and pre-empt issues before they escalate.

Track service KPIs
(on-time pickup, on-time delivery, POD turnaround, claims ratio) for assigned accounts and drive continuous improvement.

Track payment collections in coordination with Finance
to ensure healthy DSO across the account portfolio.

Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and pipeline discipline
— opportunities, forecasts, stage progression, and weekly / monthly reporting to leadership.

Track competitor activity and gather market intelligence
within assigned accounts; bring insights back to leadership and the pricing team to unlock white-space opportunities.

Already operating in the KSA logistics or supply chain ecosystem — knows shippers, knows the lanes, knows the market.
