About Veda Connection: Veda Connection is a fast-growing premium gifting brand specializing in luxury gold & silver plated decor inspired by Indian heritage. We cater to India’s top corporate clients and elite weddings. We are scaling fast and looking for an execution powerhouse to join our core team.

The Opportunity: We are looking for a Process-Oriented Closer. You will not be cold-calling random numbers. You will manage high-intent inbound leads, convert them into sales, and ensure their orders are delivered perfectly. You will act as the bridge between our clients and our logistics.

What You Will Do (The Role):

• Lead Conversion (Sales): Rapidly respond to inbound queries (calls/emails) from corporate HRs and business owners. Your goal is to close the deal.
• Client Servicing: Act as the single point of contact for clients—from sending initial catalogs and quotations to finalizing invoices.
• Operations Coordination: Manage the "boring but important" stuff. Coordinate with our vendors for stock and follow up with logistics partners to ensure zero-breakage, on-time delivery.
• Account Farming: Reconnect with past clients for repeat orders (Diwali, New Year, Onboarding kits).

Who We Are Looking For:

• The "Details" Person: You never forget to send an email you promised. You are comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets to track 50+ orders at once.
• Communication: You write professional emails and speak clearly (English & Hindi). You can talk to a CEO and a courier guy with equal ease.
• Experience: 2+ years in B2B Sales, Event Coordination, Hotel Banquet Sales, or Logistics Operations.
• Hustle Mindset: You are looking for a place to grow. You don’t say "that’s not my job"—you say "I’ll get it sorted."

Compensation:

• ₹4L - ₹6L PA (Fixed + Performance Based Variable)
