Key Account Executive/ Manager (Arabic-Speaking Female)

Key Account Manager / Key Account Executive – Modern Trade

Location: UAE

Reporting to: Sales Manager – Modern Trade

We are looking for a Key Account Manager / Executive to support and develop Modern Trade accounts across the UAE. This role focuses on ensuring smooth execution of commercial agreements, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth and in-store excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Support daily coordination with key accounts at head office level
  • Maintain relationships with buyers and category managers
  • Align customer requirements with internal teams

Order Management & Execution

  • Handle LPOs and ensure timely order processing
  • Monitor fulfilment and delivery to achieve 90%+ service level
  • Coordinate with supply chain, production, and logistics

Data & Reporting

  • Track sales performance by SKU, category, and customer
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports (sell-in, sell-out, stock levels)
  • Monitor KPIs such as availability and promo performance

Promotions & Listings

  • Support SKU listings and delisting processes
  • Assist with promotions, displays, and activations
  • Coordinate with marketing for in-store visibility

Commercial Compliance

  • Ensure correct pricing, promotions, and rebates execution
  • Support invoicing, credit notes, and reconciliations

Store Execution

  • Work with merchandisers on shelf presence and planograms
  • Monitor stock levels and reduce out-of-stock issues

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with finance, supply chain, marketing, and production
  • Ensure all documentation and requirements are up to date

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years FMCG experience in Modern Trade
  • Experience handling Carrefour, Lulu, Nesto, or Co-ops
  • Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of UAE retail systems, LPO processes, and supply chain
