Key Account Executive (SaaS Provider)

We are looking for a Key Account Executive on behalf of a global leader in the Cloud Communication and Customer Engagement Solutions sector .

Key Account Executive is responsible for identifying business opportunities with existing leads and clients, as well as prospective new key accounts. This role focuses on selling products and services to high-touch clients within the assigned region, while proactively recommending solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on New Business development, finding prospect/projects, qualification and closure for successful sale
• Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a customer’s base (provided target account list) in designated team/squad
• Involve specialists when needed for particular aspects of overall sales (e.g., SE for demo)
• Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application
• Manages sales through forecasting, account resource requesting, account strategy, and planning
• Participates in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition
• Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale
• Maintain client relationships by collaborating with AMs, CSEs or Inside Sales team to sell and maintain account health
• As required cross sells for accounts he/she signs on complicated deals (e.g., renegotiation)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in new business development, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and closing sales
• Experience in telecommunications or SaaS sales, preferably Tier 1 accounts
• Ability to collaborate with specialists (e.g., Sales Engineers) to deliver tailored solution proposals and product demonstrations.
• Skilled in sales forecasting, account strategy, and resource planning to drive effective sales execution
• Skilled in sales forecasting, account planning, and resource allocation to maximize account growth and customer satisfaction.
• Fluent in English
