Job Description: Key Account Executive (FMCG - UAE) Position: Key Account Executive Industry: Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Location: United Arab Emirates (Dubai/Abu Dhabi/Sharjah) Reports To: Key Accounts Manager / Sales Manager Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with our strategic retail partners in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding product distribution, and implementing trade marketing initiatives within designated key accounts, primarily in the Modern Trade channel (e.g., hypermarkets, supermarket chains). Key Responsibilities: · Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, building and maintaining strong professional relationships with buyers and store managers. · Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute effective account plans to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and value targets. · Business Development: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing accounts, including new listings, promotional activities, and optimal shelf space (planogram compliance). · Negotiation: Negotiate terms of trade, annual contracts, promotional agreements, and pricing within company guidelines. · Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to generate insights and actionable reports. Monitor performance against KPIs. · Execution Excellence: Ensure flawless in-store execution, including product availability, visibility, merchandising, and promotional display setup. · Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to align strategies and resolve operational issues. · Market Intelligence: Provide regular feedback on market dynamics, competitor strategies, and customer needs to the management team. Qualifications & Skills: · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field. · Minimum of 3-4 years of proven FMCG sales or key account management experience, specifically within the UAE or GCC market. · Established relationships with key Modern Trade buyers in the UAE is a significant advantage. · Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. · Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced with sales data analysis. · Valid UAE driving license is mandatory. · Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.
