About the Role

Iscream is an established and rapidly growing lifestyle brand seeking a motivated Key Account / Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This on-site position is a dynamic, cross-functional role in a fast-paced environment where you will manage orders from placement to delivery, support our sales team, and serve as a key point of contact for clients.

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Manager as needed and serve as backup client contact when the Sales Manager is out of office or unavailable.
  • Manage all orders end-to-end — from order placement through delivery — including verifying pricing, following up with manufacturers, and tracking shipments.
  • Schedule containers and manage testing on all products.
  • Work with international suppliers to manage open orders for key accounts, providing details for shipping, labeling, and packing.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and professional communication with all new and existing clients.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities through client interactions and relay relevant information to Branding Consultants for follow-up.
  • Under direction of the Sales Manager, place and follow up on sample orders, project specifications, and client requests.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, etc.) on client account matters.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Superior customer service skills with a professional, positive, and proactive attitude.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to see tasks through to completion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including excellent phone and email etiquette.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, think critically, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is a plus.
  • Collaborative team player who is also capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Outgoing, approachable personality with a “can-do” mindset.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
