Key Account Manager

We at Align Staffing Solutions, are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team.

Key Account Manager- Reporting to a Business Head and accountable for a division, the incumbent has to manage and grow the business, offering tailored solutions to meet their staffing needs and ensure long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide tailored staffing solutions to meet client needs.
• Coordinate with recruitment teams and manage contracts.
• Monitor account performance and drive client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years experience in same or similar role in UAE staffing industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in English and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid UAE driving license and a positive, friendly attitude.

Work Location: Dubai
