Key Account Manager

Position Overview:
The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing business with pharmacy chains and independent pharmacies. The role focuses on securing more listings, increasing sales, and ensuring our products perform strongly across all pharmacy partners.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with pharmacy groups, buyers, and store managers.
• Secure new product listings and negotiate pricing, margins, and promotions.
• Visit pharmacies regularly to check stock levels, display standards, expiry dates, and product visibility.
• Train pharmacy staff on product knowledge to support better customer recommendations.
• Implement promotional plans and ensure they are executed correctly in all stores.
• Monitor competitor products, shelf placement, and pricing.
• Analyse sales reports to understand performance and plan actions.
• Handle any issues related to orders, deliveries, or product concerns.
• Prepare weekly and monthly updates for management on progress and challenges.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in pharmacy, FMCG, or healthcare sales.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
• Comfortable travelling for store visits and account meetings.
• Good understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and promotions.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Performance Indicators

• Sales target achievement.
• Number of new pharmacies onboarded.
• Increase in SKU distribution per store.
• Merchandising and visibility compliance.
• Execution of training and promotions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
