Liugong is a leading international construction equipment company expanding footprint in Turkey. We are seeking a
Key Account Manager
to develop and manage strategic customers in Turkey. This role is responsible for identifying large-scale buyers, rental companies, and corporate clients, building strong long-term relationships, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate has a proven B2B sales track record in construction, mining, and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Account Development

Identify and develop business opportunities with large contractors, rental fleets, government bodies, and industrial clients.

Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, closing, and after-sales follow-up.

Maintain a strong pipeline of key accounts and actively pursue new leads.
2. Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key decision-makers and influencers.

Serve as the primary contact point for strategic clients, ensuring high satisfaction and responsiveness.

Organize regular business reviews and visits to strengthen customer engagement.
3. Cross-functional Coordination

Work closely with internal teams (product support, service, finance, and marketing) to deliver customized solutions.

Coordinate with the dealer network when needed for delivery, service, and project support.

Follow up on project execution, payment collection, and issue resolution.
4. Market & Competitor Insights

Monitor industry trends, major projects, and competitor activities in key account segments.

Provide feedback to management on product needs, pricing, and service improvements.

Participate in trade shows, business forums, and industry events.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum
3–5 years
of experience in industrial, construction equipment, or capital goods sales.

Strong track record in developing and managing B2B or key customer relationships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Turkish, and working knowledge of
English
is required.

Able to travel regularly for client meetings and site visits.
