Role Overview:
#CarDekho is looking for a dynamic field sales professional to drive dealer acquisition and engagement for our Car Dealer Classified business. The role involves dealer onboarding, Revenue Generation, relationship management, and cross-selling value-added services.
Job Title: Key Account Manager (Field Sales)
Location: Delhi
What you’ll do:
Identify and onboard potential used-car dealers through cold visits, referrals, and social media.
Build and manage dealer relationships, ensuring retention, collections, and query resolution.
Cross-sell value-added services to maximize dealer engagement and revenue.
Conduct compulsory on-field visits daily; this is a field-intensive, individual contributor role.
Maintain dealer data, performance records, and reports using MS Excel & CRM .
What we’re looking for:
Prior experience in field sales is preferred (ad-sales, service sales, classifieds, or auto industry preferred).
Strong track record of consistent performance in past roles.
Willingness to work on-field throughout the day and travel within the assigned geography.
Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language.
Comfort with MS Excel for reporting and tracking.
