Responsibilities:
• Achievement of revenue targets, New Product Sales (NPS) & AMC revenue for Siemens PCB , Mechanical design & simulation tools from West & North region customers
• Forecasting and developing annual sales quota for region and ensuring that the quarterly and annual Sales targets are met.
• Accurately Forecast business and funnel generation activities within the territory.
• Develop , maintain, and execute a Territory plan for Automotive, Industrial, Semicon, Defense & new startups.
• Develop and implement new sales/Marketing initiatives and strategies.
• Work closely with the Application engineering team to ensure continuous customer demo/ support
• Identify new market opportunities and accountable for new client acquisition as per the assigned targets.
Minimum Qualifications:
• BE Electronics /BE Mechanical with MBA in Sales/Marketing [Preferably]
• min. 3-5 years of experience in either PCB, CAD, CAE , Simulation software sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum 3-5 years of effective solution selling experience to commercial accounts from different industry vertical such as, Automotive, A&D suppliers, Industrial , Semicon, Engineering Services etc
• Good track record in Sales quota achievement & new logos acquisition
• Demonstrated experience to balance volume and strategic sales.
• Highly analytical but balanced with commercial selling ability and strong negotiation skills.
• Should have experience in selling to Senior Executives and Department Heads
• Self-motivated and goal driven, creative, high-energy and a strong team player.
• Strong work ethics and organized, quick learner.
