Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our key accounts, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales revenue for the company.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including farmers, distributors, and dealers

Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within the assigned territory

Understand the needs and requirements of key accounts and provide them with customized solutions

Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Conduct regular visits to key accounts to maintain and strengthen relationships

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team

Provide excellent customer service and support to key accounts

Ensure timely delivery of products and services to key accounts

Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

Stay updated with industry developments and changes in the market to provide valuable insights to the company
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural industry

Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
