Key Responsibilities:

1.Develop and implement the online sales strategy for mainly Hepsiburada, Trendyol, Amazon and Retail Channels Teknosa, D&R.

2.Work closely with distributors and platform partners to ensure flawless execution of agreed strategies and campaigns.

3.Provide direction on product assortment, pricing, promotions, and content standards to maximize visibility and sales.

4.Monitor sell-out data, stock levels, and campaign performance; proactively identify growth opportunities.

5.Conduct regular business reviews with partners, ensuring targets are met and corrective actions are taken when needed.

6.Track competition, market trends, and consumer insights to refine online/Offline strategy.

7.Collaborate with marketing teams on digital activations, influencer campaigns, and promotional calendars.

8.Prepare regular reports and insights for management on channel performance and future opportunities.


Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.

2.Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce or online sales, preferably with leading consumer electronics/FMCG brands.

3.Proven track record in marketplace management and sales growth.

Strong analytical skills with ability to use marketplace dashboards, Excel, and reporting tools.

4.Excellent relationship management skills with distributors and platform stakeholders.

5.Fluent in Turkish and English (written & spoken).

6.Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and deliver results.
