Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key retail and project customers.
• Develop annual account plans including sales targets, promotions, and joint business initiatives.
• Negotiate agreements on pricing, promotions, shelf space, and merchandising activities.
• Ensure product availability, stock rotation, and compliance with merchandising standards.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports, forecasts, and growth strategies.
• Work closely with marketing to execute promotional campaigns and new product launches.
• Provide training and support to retail partners’ sales staff to enhance product knowledge.
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in sales or key account management, preferably in paints, coatings or building materials.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); ERP knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

• ضمان توفر المنتجات، تدوير المخزون، والالتزام بمعايير العرض والتسويق.متابعة أداء المبيعات وإعداد التقارير والتوقعات وخطط النمو.
• العمل بشكل وثيق مع قسم التسويق لتنفيذ الحملات الترويجية وإطلاق المنتجات الجديدة.تقديم التدريب والدعم لموظفي مبيعات شركاء التجزئة لتعزيز معرفتهم بالمنتجات.
• التنسيق مع فرق سلسلة الإمداد واللوجستيات لضمان تسليم المنتجات في الوقت المناسب

المؤهلات والمهارات

• خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في المبيعات أو إدارة الحسابات الرئيسية، ويفضّل أن تكون في مجال الدهانات، الطلاءات أو مواد البناء.مهارات قوية في التفاوض، الاتصال، وبناء العلاقات.
• عقلية تحليلية مع القدرة على تفسير بيانات المبيعات واتجاهات السوق.إجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)؛ ومعرفة أنظمة الـ ERP تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
