We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, proven sales performance, and the ability to develop long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop assigned key client accounts
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role
  • Strong B2B sales and account management experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • UAE market experience (preferred)
  • Valid UAE driving license (if required)
