What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Key Account Manager who will join our team at Commercial Transf.& Alternative Channels Sales Directorate.

Responsibilities

• Manage, grow, and maintain strong business relationships with key customers within the assigned portfolio.
• Set annual sales targets for national retail chains, discount markets, and key accounts, and develop strategies to achieve these goals.
• Prepare and negotiate annual contracts, pricing, rebates, and promotional terms with customers.
• Track sales performance and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Analyze customer needs and generate category-based growth opportunities; coordinate new product launches and projects with internal teams.
• Monitor customer orders, stock levels, logistics and shipment processes; ensure timely resolution of any issues.
• Conduct competitor analysis, follow market trends, and provide regular insights to senior management.
• Ensure proper implementation of merchandising activities, promotions, and field operations.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, finance, and operations teams to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.
• Conduct customer visits, hold regular meetings, and manage long-term strategic relationships.

The position located in Kadıköy, İstanbul.

How we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management , Category Management , Sales Management , or similar roles within FMCG, white goods, small home appliances, or retail sectors.
• Experience in managing national retail chains and key accounts.
• Strong negotiation, planning, and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills; solution-oriented, results-driven, and a strong team player.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and able to travel as needed.
