Key Account Manager

The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze relevant market information and data to provide accurate and reliable support for regional managers in developing marketing strategies and coordination plans.
  • Understand market trends and customer needs, and provide timely feedback on industry-related information.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of key industry clients; participate in bidding projects, execute sales plans, and achieve assigned performance targets.
  • Negotiate and sign contracts with medium and large enterprise clients, and manage the preparation and execution of sales service plans.
  • Responsible for accounts receivable collection from credit customers.
  • Coordinate business-related tasks between the Middle East entity, headquarters, and other relevant divisions to ensure maximum support and alignment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or Foreign Languages.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or customer relationship management.
  • Solid knowledge of construction machinery, marketing, international trade, and general business operations; capable of applying information gathering, statistical, and analytical techniques effectively; familiarity with international trade procedures.
  • Proficient in English, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Skilled in using MS Office and internal business software systems; strong capabilities in data processing and document management.
  • Strong planning, organizational, coordination, innovation, analytical, and interpersonal skills; well-versed in key stages of customer development.
  • Willingness to travel for business assignments across the region.
