Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead the development, growth, and operational execution of the sector. This role focuses on business development, securing contracts (especially government projects), and running the sector as a profitable business unit while ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and compliance with all regulations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the sector strategy in alignment with company objectives.
  • Own the sector’s financial performance (budget, revenue growth, and profitability).
  • Drive business development initiatives and secure new contracts with external clients.
  • Lead government tenders and projects through platforms such as Etimad and other procurement systems.
  • Improve bid win rates by enhancing proposal quality and competitiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities and key clients.
  • Oversee operational plans, service delivery, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage risks, compliance, and regulatory requirements for all contracts.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the sector team to achieve high performance.
  • Provide regular reports on sector performance, contracts, and opportunities to senior management.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in business development, sector management, or sales leadership.
  • Strong experience in government tenders, contracts, and client relationship management .
  • Proven ability to grow revenue and manage sector-level performance.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
