Key Account Manager

Scope:
Responsible for identification of business needs of key accounts, proposing effective solutions and ensuring appropriate application of products. Assures channel development of key accounts through customer relationship management within the remote area.



Functional Responsibilities:


Achieve sales targets set per his region within the set expense budget.
Prepare periodic reports of his region (analysis/plans)
Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units to ensure work harmony.
Sharing in preparing the sales programs.
Sharing in preparing the sales contracts.
Preparing all contracts of top customers and targeted.
Monitoring and evaluates the activities and products of the competition to assess the company position in the market.
Monitoring the follow up of AM and DM for all Key accounts and contracts
Cooperate with the NKAM in negotiating deals inside region
Facilitating the key account information and data requested by NKAM in order to analyze the new deals.
Prepare coverage plan of Key Accounts
Achieve expected results
Increase the sales by increasing SKU’s availability
Solves problems and issues between client
Aware of competitor’s SKUs and activity with the accounts
Prepare the required files
Stop the competitor’s activity within the accounts
Introduce the perfect SKU suitable for the account
Ensure that the marketing activities of the brands are well executed in the market

Job Requirements

1. University degree
2. Presentation and negotiations skills
3. Communication Skills.
4. Computer skills
5. Time management skills
6. No less than 5 yrs experience in FMCG companies
