KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

We are in need of a KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in medical device or healthcare sales
  • Strong network within Bahrain’s healthcare sector is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job responsibilities as follows:

  • Manage and develop relationships with key accounts including hospitals, clinics, and distributors
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
  • Achieving sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth
  • Present and promote medical device products to healthcare professionals
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, regulatory) to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and account plans
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations
