We are in need of a KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in medical device or healthcare sales
- Strong network within Bahrain’s healthcare sector is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job responsibilities as follows:
- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts including hospitals, clinics, and distributors
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Achieving sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth
- Present and promote medical device products to healthcare professionals
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, regulatory) to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and account plans
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations
