Key Account Manager

Key Account and Sales Executive Role

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client communication, contract execution, and project management while ensuring compliance in supply chain and logistics for energy projects.
  • Develop strategic relationships with retail partners, execute sales strategies, analyze market trends, and enhance brand visibility across various industries (cosmetics, automotive, IT, real estate, etc.).
  • Drive profitable growth and sales targets, manage key accounts, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve targets.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, maintain strong account relationships, and secure revenue growth for international and local accounts.
  • Support sales processes, analyze market data, provide market insights, and maintain financial performance.
  • Negotiate terms, execute promotional campaigns, and manage client portfolios in sectors including home appliances, gaming, commercial vehicle fleet, steel rebar, and investment products.
  • Develop strategic plans, conduct workshops and market research, and implement actionable business strategies in different markets.
  • Build and maintain effective client relationships across service delivery, technical support, and internal coordination.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (engineering, business, or related field).
  • Relevant certifications and industry knowledge (e.g., mechanical engineering with valve industry experience).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in B2B sales, solution selling, and account management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and digital marketing tools.
Experience & Location:
  • Minimum 1-4 years of relevant experience based on specific industry roles (e.g., 1-3 years for senior customer service, 2-4 years for sales executive, 0-2 years for telesales).
  • Preferred location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
