Job Overview
We are looking for a
Key Account Manager
to join our growing team at Paymob. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our strategic and high-value merchants, ensuring their success while maximizing revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, commercially driven, and experienced in managing large accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and grow relationships with key and strategic merchants to ensure long-term partnerships.

Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts and handle all commercial and operational matters.

Identify opportunities to increase revenue, upsell, and cross-sell Paymob products and services.

Monitor account performance and provide data-driven insights to improve merchant growth.

Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, product, finance, and support to resolve issues and enhance merchant experience.

Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to align on performance and future opportunities.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Track and report account performance, revenue growth, and pipeline opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS

3–6 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Partnerships.

Experience working with enterprise or large-scale clients is highly preferred.

Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to analyze data and identify growth opportunities.

Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or technology industries is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
