Seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive business growth and manage key client relationships for our ICT and network infrastructure solutions. The role focuses on enterprise and government clients and requires strong experience in technology solution sales and account management.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop relationships with government, semi-government, and enterprise clients.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing.

Promote ICT and network solutions including routing and switching, GPON systems, wireless solutions, data network firewalls, and structured cabling infrastructure.

Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with presales teams.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.

Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in ICT, networking, or system integration sales.

Strong knowledge of enterprise network infrastructure solutions.

Proven experience working with government or large enterprise clients in Saudi Arabia .

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
-
Experience managing complex and high-value projects is preferred.
